Return & Exchange Policy
At GFive, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return and exchange policy is designed to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused, unworn, and free of any wear and tear, marks, or damages.
- All original tags, packaging, and front billing must be intact.
- Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the customer receiving the parcel.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team within 7 days from the date of delivery with the intent of returning the product.
- Pickup: Our team will arrange a pickup from your address.
- Refund: Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it. If the item meets our return conditions, we will process the refund within 15 days from the date we receive the parcel.
Exchange Process
- Initiate Exchange: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your parcel to initiate an exchange request.
- Pickup: Our team will arrange a pickup from your address.
- Inspection & Dispatch: Once we receive the initial product at our warehouse and confirm it meets our return conditions, we will dispatch the exchange item.
Please Note-
- Please ensure that the entire packaging, including the front billing, remains intact when returning or exchanging items.
- Any items that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
