This Privacy Policy explains how Gfive ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit gfive.co.in, buy from us, fill in one of our forms or ads on Facebook or Instagram, or contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email.

1. Who we are

Gfive is an Indian fashion brand selling women's ethnic wear to retail customers and to boutiques, resellers and other businesses (wholesale).

2. Information we collect

- Information you give us: your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, city and state, delivery and billing address, business or boutique name, GST number (for wholesale buyers), and the answers you give in our enquiry forms, such as the type of business, products you are interested in and order requirements.
- Order information: the products you buy, order value, and delivery and payment status. Payments are processed by our payment partners. We do not store your full card or bank account details.
- Information from Meta (Facebook and Instagram): when you submit one of our lead forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta shares the details you entered with us, together with the name of the ad and form you responded to.
- Conversations: messages and call notes from your enquiries on WhatsApp, phone or email, so our team can follow up properly.
- Website information: basic technical data such as device, browser, pages visited and cookies, used to run the website and measure our advertising.

3. How we use your information

- To respond to your enquiry and to call or message you about our products, prices, catalogues and orders.
- To process and deliver orders, issue invoices and handle returns, exchanges and payments.
- To manage our relationship with wholesale and business customers, including follow-ups by our sales team.
- To send you updates about new collections and offers, where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
- To show you relevant ads and measure how well our ads work. This can include sharing your phone number or email in a protected (hashed) form with advertising platforms such as Meta to create audiences.
- To prevent fraud, keep records required by law, and improve our products and service.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

- Service providers who help us run our business, such as our online store platform (Shopify), payment gateways, courier and logistics partners, cloud and data storage providers (such as Google and our website hosting provider) and messaging services. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
- Advertising platforms such as Meta, as described in section 3.
- Government or legal authorities, when required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or order, to maintain our business relationship, and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable security measures, including access controls so that each team member sees only the customer information they need. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your choices and rights

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:

- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, where we are not required by law to keep it;
- stop sending you marketing messages, or withdraw any consent you have given.
